ATTENTION: MEAL PREP ORDERS PLACED NOW WILL BE FOR PICK UP ON TUESDAY 4/20. DELIVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR MONDAY EVENING. ORDERS MUST BE IN BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY. This allows me enough time to get ingredients needed to prep that following Monday. This also allows me enough time to calculate macros and print labels for your meals.
Every week the Order deadline is Thursday at midnight. If you place your order before Thursday's deadline your meals will be available at the pick up at Grand Organic in Grand Rapids the following Tuesday. Delivery is also an option for an additional charge. Delivery is Monday evening whenever the meals are done being made. Usually the estimated delivery time is between 6-9 pm. The order deadline allows me to make sure I order the right ingredients for the orders that come in each week, to calculate macros and calorie information, and also to print labels for all containers . Meals are delivered to pick up locations in a bag with your name on it. Make sure to grab all bags as larger orders come in more than one bag.
The Pick up Location is at Grand Organic Food Market. Pick up is every Tuesday from 9am-5pm. (901 NE 4th Street Grand Rapids, MN)
REHEATING YOUR MEALS:
Microwave: Remove any sauce containers from the meal prep container. Put the lid back on and vent the corner. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. If the meal is frozen follow the same instructions except heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove the lid and stir. Put the lid back on and heat for an additional couple of minutes until the meal is hot all the way through.
Stove top: empty contents into a skillet and heat for 5-6 minutes until hot.
Oven: empty contents into an oven safe dish and heat at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until hot.
**Heating times will vary per meal depending on how much food is in each container.
STORING YOUR FOOD:
Keep all food refrigerated. I recommend eating within 5 days from the date it was prepped for the best quality. The prep date is always listed on the container. All meals are made FRESH every single Monday. If you know you cannot eat your meals within the recommended time, throw them in the freezer to have a healthy meal always available and ready to reheat. Most meals are great frozen. I do not recommend freezing a lettuce or spinach based meal unless you plan to reheat it.
