Microwave: Remove any sauce containers from the meal prep container. Put the lid back on and vent the corner. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. If the meal is frozen follow the same instructions except heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove the lid and stir. Put the lid back on and heat for an additional couple of minutes until the meal is hot all the way through.
Stove top: empty contents into a skillet and heat for 5-6 minutes until hot.
Oven: empty contents into an oven safe dish and heat at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until hot.
**Heating times will vary per meal depending on how much food is in each container.
STORING YOUR FOOD:
Keep all food refrigerated. I recommend eating within 3-4 days from the date it was prepped for the best quality. The prep date is always listed on the all meals. All meals are made FRESH every single Monday. If you know you cannot eat your meals within the recommended time, throw them in the freezer to have a healthy meal always available and ready to reheat. Most meals are great frozen. I do not recommend freezing salads. Once a meal is frozen it is good for up to 3 months in the freezer.
