Starting at $425/week (4-week commitment required)

Additional Travel rates for travel outside of the Grand Rapids, MN area

• Full day travel rate: $600+ flight and hotel costs in addition to prep costs. 
• Hourly travel rate: $75 / hour in addition to prep costs
